Since 2014, she has provided training and end-user support for 5M. Stacey enables the smooth migration of 5M paratransit scheduling and dispatch software without any interruption to business by ensuring that all key staff are fully trained before deployment. Stacey’s operational expertise also contributed to the design and usability of 5M.
Prior to joining TSS Paratransit, Stacey managed several contracts for San Gabriel Transit and Southland Transit in Southern California including Dial-A-Ride and fixed-route service. With over 17 years of experience in managing every facet of operations, Stacey’s background uniquely positions her to understand your system’s operational requirements and how technology works with all stakeholders to achieve those goals.
